During the contact session realistic parameters are discussed such as the client budget, design fees and estimated manufacturing costs.
Due to the unique nature of our projects each project timeline and priority list need to be configured.

Once the project brief has been defined and the client has approved the design fees, conceptual design commences.
The concept design is subject to iteration. Once approved by the client, detail design helps resolved technical matters needed for fabrication or construction.
The budget is reviewed with the client and a cost estimation is based on the approved design. This way costing is based on actual data and not just a guessed figure.
